Your 30 day money back guarantee begins four (4) business days after you place your initial order.  Most orders are received within four business days.  If you do not receive your order within the four day shipping period please contact customer care on our contact form and we will be happy to extend your trial period.

If you are not satisfied with TianChi for any reason just contact us withing the (30) day time period using the contact form on our website.

You will need to provide us with following:

3. Address it was shipped to
4. Your e-mail address
5. Contact phone number
6. Sales confirmation number
7. Reason for return

We will then contact you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Once you receive your RA# make sure  it is posted on the outside of the package and return any unused packets to:
